Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Search engine optimisation is basically ensuring that your website is structured in such a way that the search engines such as Google and Yahoo can see the content of your site and understand what it is about.

Search engines read the content of your website and look for keywords and content that match searches their users are making.

Unfortunately, it isn't as simple as 'if it's on your website, the search engines will find it'. If that were the case there would be no need for SEO. Search engines look at a number of elements on your website. They look at things such as the title, the description and your meta tag keywords.
